I was very disappointed with this hotel. The greeting upon arrival was rude (a curt Oui? was muttered) and when I requested an iron, I was told to fetch it myself from reception. This should have been brought to my room. We were not made aware of any of the facilities, such as the gym. Our room was small, and although clean on the whole, there were coffee stains (at least that's what I hope they were) dribbled down the radiator. The basement toilet obviously hadn't been cleaned in some time - it was incredibly dirty. I wouldn't use this hotel again.

This is an amazing hotel! every room, the lounge bar, the fitnessroom,.. its all very stylish! we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The staff is so friendly and the serve the best mujito's ever :o)

Clean, quaint, nice detail in bedroom for guests on the first night. We were recommended to stay here by travelers, and I can trully say after having stayed in other hotels in Paris, it is well worth every Euro. Locations is excellent to get around.

Small, but very clean and comfortable rooms. Exceptionally warm welcome by hotel staff, who also were very caring during the rest of our stay. Very good breakfast in a nice setting. Interior walls could do with some acoustic isolation, though...

A truely lovely hotel, in a great location. Service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Very stylish decor and quite reasonably priced. Would go back tomorrow if I could. Highy recommended

We arrived at the hotel to be told there may be a problem with our booking but they would not know for 2 hours, so we had to kill time (which we had precious little of) until they knew if they had a room. When we returned we were told we could not have a room there, but they had arranged for us to go to another hotel 10 minutes away. They called a taxi which they said they would pay for - this was not the case - we were charged by the taxi driver - nearly 14 Euros (for which we have a receipt) - as he said the hotel had not said they would pay. However the hotel we were moved to was very nice - but the location was poor - not well located for the Metro - we had to make numerous changes to go anywhere. We also did not have drinks facilities in the rooms or access to the fitness facilities (which had been the reason for the choice we made). They were careful to get us to complete a booking form - was that so you thought we had stayed? Not impressed!

The bar and lounge areas are fabulous with very trendy decor, beautiful fresh flowers and great music playing in the bar. The barman has the biggest smile around and cannot do enough to help. Our room was ok but a bit on the small side.

The hotel was perfect - perhaps one of the best we've ever stayed in (for the price). The decor was modern, everything was well presented and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The staff were very welcoming and accomodating. Our double room was small, but then we did have an extra bed for a child (it would have been fine for two). We would definitely stay there if we were to visit Paris again.
