The double room I booked was tiny, dingy and the carpet was covered in stains. The en suite bathroom with shower was so cramped it was rediculous (and being just over 5ft and a very petite person I thought that was rather bad). Once I ventured past reception the hotel was dirty with boxes everywhere (obstructing the telephone). My room was on the third floor and the hotel didn't have a lift. Needless to say I won't be staying here again.

The Hotel was under renovation during our stay. The hot water was marginal which may be part of the renovation The available breakfast at additional cost left a lot to be desired so we eat out after the first day. The rooms were newly decorated and had a flat panel TV. The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant.

room was a bit thrown together and had no atmosphere. The pipes were really noisy as you could hear them when people used the water taps. not sure on good connection to center of paris, but it is ok for the paris-expo.

The hotel was situated in a nice and freindly area. Although the rooms were very basic , they were kept clean and tidy each day. We received very freindly and efficeint service from the staff

We stayed for 5 nights and never recognized any of the staff who worked there. New faces every day, who spoke little or no english at all! Very small rooms. Located in a nice and quiet area. The backgarden is nice and charming, as seen in the photos.

Standard roms are very shabby. Threadbare carpets. Staff were excellent. Over thirty minutes by metro to main attractions.

the hotel was so appalling that having taken one look at our room, (which was disgusting!), we left immediately to find another hotel. we had to pay 130 euros more for our new room and were not refunded the money we paid for the hotel exelmans. i shall not use your service again and will dissuade everyone i know from using it too.

A very basic hotel, but ideally placed for the metro. A long walk if you are exploring the sights, and a taxi ride to the exhibition centre at Porte de Versaille.

A very basic room with 2 single beds. I knew it would be basic but the room was very old and i expected a double bed like we asked for in the booking. We were in no 42 which had a long dark corridor. There were newer rooms downstairs which i could plainly see. However the staff were very helpful and pleasant and the location was very good. A city which is very easy to get a round. All in all very enjoyable few days.

The staff was very helpful and the rooms were very clean. The neighborhood is very high-class and safe. The rooms were just the right size for a short stay--medium-sized by european standards. I have made this hotel my hotel of choice in Paris--you can't beat the price and location!!
