very good position,polite and helpful staff at the hotel , the area is charming all in all a most enjoyable stay, i recommend it highly. The rooms are simple and clean. I will definitely stay again next year

VERY NOISY HOTEL! The hotel itself is undergoing very loud construction work which starts at 08.00 every morning. I asked the proprietaire why they couldn't schedule this work for later in the day. He said they work from 08.00 to 18.00, which wasn't true while we stayed there. The construction noise started early in the morning and stopped about the time the hotel stops serving breakfast, at 10.00. (Maybe the noise continued later, but we weren't there in the afternoon.) But even earlier in the morning you will be awoken by garbage trucks collecting rubbish from the street. So this hotel is suitable only if you plan to wake up before 07.30 in the morning. Good point about the hotel is that the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. Beware the proprietaire though, who doesn't give a damn once he has your money.
