There seemed to be no choice of smoking or non smoking rooms,our room had a particularly bad cigarette smell,it was necessary to purchase an air freshner to make the room liveable.I requested a room with separate beds but was given one with a double bed.Can I expect reinbursement of the difference to the tariff?

Very small room with a worn carpet but with comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Situated on a relatively quiet street yet still close to restaurants and metro.

Room: relatively small. Beds: confortable. Bathroom: clean, with bathtube and shower. Breakfast: simple, but good (orange juice, bread, marmelades, Yogurt, croissant, cheese, cereals and coffee). Located close to the metro station. If the price is good, I recomend.

the hotel is in a very good location but i found the service average as first night we were given the wrong room and also customer service was not good. i did enjoy the breakfasts however

When I arrived the hotel was overbooked, so they called for a taxi and took me to another hotel the first night and then I had to come back the next night. But quite friendly staff.

Good quality budget hotel. Very clean. Very noisy in front rooms (including traffic + very early bin collection!). Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very cramped but clean including ensuite, with daily change of towels. 3rd bed in triple room a fold-up bed, which wouldn't suit a large adult. Location close to metro but a bit close to red light district to feel altogether comfortable at night. OK if with a few friends.

Breakfast was very good. Receptionists were unprofessional and could not provide me with necessary information about the city. There was not bar-refrigerator in the room.

We enjoyed our stay in Montmartre tremendously. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was okay - not enough croissants.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel is at an excellent location, very close to a metro. Walking distance from Moulin Rouge and Sacre Couer. We found an old cookie under our bed and it was obvious that corners and under the bed had not been vacuumed. Breakfast was included and suited its purpose.

Room was rather small and does not have air-conditioning. For the room I was staying in, I had to content with noise from passers-by and the occasional cars/motor bikes speedy through the side street. The location was good though as it was just a short walk from the Metro and you cannot go hungry with the many food outlets within a stone's throw away.
