Here's the plus to this hotel. You can't beat the location. The room was clean and the staff was nice. The down side is that since it's on a major street you have to put up with the noise. We booked a triple and was put in a room barely able to fit the 3rd bed. I would recommend this hotel only if you were staying 1 or 2 nights and if location was a top priority.

We checked in Feb 13/08 and was given a hotel key different from all the other guest. Our key did not have a room number on it adn was attached to a metal object. We were told our room was privee which means private. When we got to the room door it seemed odd that the other rooms all had room numbers. The walls had brown stains all over them. The light switches were covered with dark finger marks, the glass covering the top of the desk was chipped badly enough to cut someone if we hadn't moved it, a lamp on a nightstand which was too high to stand straight as the wall curved down, bandaids were on the frame of the door of the bathroom, the carpet was ripped from many areas of the room, electrical wires were hanging out beside the bed etc... We have pictures!! Since we booked through hotel club we had prepaid months in advance and had no chance of getting a refund without the hassle of finding an email and writing...

Great location of the hotel.very easy to access all the sightseing places of paris. the staff were very helpful with directions and meeting our needs. The room was very small but clean and that was enough for us as we dint spend much time in the room except to sleep.breakfast was nothing special but it wasnt bad. it was enough till lunch

The best feature of this hotel is its location, with Notre Dame and Pantheon only 5 mins away, and the Metro station right at the door steps. If you want to stay here, make sure you ask not to be given a room on the top floor; all the rooms on that floor are in the attic and they are awfully small, with no internet connection (not as per advertised) and very bad TV receiption. The lack of shower curtain is an issue too. Otherwise, the hotel is quiet ,despite being in a busy street, and the kitchen staffs are friendly as well.

Wonderful location! Metro and buses at the door, walk to many resaurants and stores. Notre Dame is very near. Tiny room but livable. Make sure that Lucie is on the job while you are there. She is EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. The other desk personnel are NOT.

Very good location since metro and RER is located almost right at the doorstep. Downside - bed was extremely small and uncomfortable, no door or shower curtain and the bathroom was wet after every shower. If you want a convenient location which is easily accessible from RER B (connects you directly to CDG or Orly) with minimal stair climbing, then this hotel is suitable for you. Lots of eating places around the area. However, do not expect a good night's sleep since the bed is extremely soft and uncomfortable. We could only turn on the aircon fan, not cool air.

1. We asked for a cradle for the baby, but the hotel didn't know that we asked it, maybe the web page do not work. 2. The hotel looks grater in the fotos, it is small. 3. The recepcion an elevator is on the 2 floor. 4. The breakfast it's great, cofe, chocolat, or tee, bread, butter, marmelade, one yogurt and one juice. 5 The location is perfect!! 6. btw, they didn't ask me my passport to check if i was the client, they just took the web page i printed. (be carefull with that, it is security)
