Good hotel, clean, good rooms, good service. Located close to Bastille and place de les Vosges. Very close to the undergroud.. very good comunications to center. For me and my familiy (3 children 8,10,13) it was a good choice.

A clean and well located hotel in the centre of the Bastille area. Lovely cafe's and restaurants close by particularly the Pause Cafe. The hotel was quiet and staff were helpful. A good breakfast was provided too.

This hotel is very basic and does not have air conditioning. The room was very hot so we had to leave the window open which made it almost impossible to sleep. We had a room in the front which was very noisy. Breakfast was very blah! The best thing about this hotel was how close it was to the Metro, and one male member of staff at reception - the only one who was super helpful. The neighborhood is not particularly nice. Reception staff did speak English. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Loved this little hotel. The only bug bear was with 3 of us sharing a room and only 1 room key (we weren't joined at the hip so had to keep waking each other up to get into the room at night if late back). The staff - Maya, Ryad, Catherine, Samia - were all lovely. The breakfast was plentiful and if you asked them for help, you got it. Lack of air conditioning meant that we needed to ask for a fan when it got hot and they provided with no problem. With a metro station right across the road, you couldn't go wrong.

The location was within walking distance of Bastille and there were a number of good cafe/restaurants just a couple of minutes walk. Staff were helpful and informative.

The hotel served our purposes exactly in terms of price and location, and the secure underground parking was an excellent facility to have in central Paris. Top marks!

A lovely hotel in a quiet location. Only a one minute walk from metro Charonne. The buffet breakfast was very good and I felt the hotel was good value for money. The room was spacious for Paris. I would definitely use this hotel again.

The hotel staff is very helpful. However, the lighting in the room is too dark. Roomsize is good. I am not sure but whether it is good value for money for a 3 star hotel.

Slightly better internet facilities would help. Alarm clocks in the rooms also would be good. Otherwise, wonderful place! Always warm and welcoming. Why else would I have stayed there 3 times!

The hotel staff were very helpful. They set up the tours we requested and were there to answer our many questions. Finding the hotel was a bit difficult, a map or more explicit directions would be helpful.

I found the hotel to be very clean and the staff helpful and nice. Most everyone spoke English at the front desk. The breakfast wasoaky, the croissants and coffee were good. The walls were somewhat thin, but it didn't really bother me. The hotel is very close to the Charonne /Voltaire metro and across from the no. 76 bus which goes to the Louvre. Very convenient.There are some good restaurants & night spots nearby. As a woman traveling alone I felt very safe in the hotel and the neighborhood.

Pleasant stay, good for the price. Metro station right next door, 10 minutes to the city centre. Its a little noisy but everywhere in Paris seems to be because of scooters. I would go back
