Kitchen not as described, missing grill oven and toaster. Not even a cork screw to be found. So be sure to check if these things are important to you. Top location. Quite helpful staff speaking english. Building rumbles when Metro trains pass, so ask to be at the back. 2/2 lifts not working at one stage on our stay, and 1 lift never worked at all. Location makes it a good option.

Good location - very good Metro connections and supermarket right next door. Ideal family accommodation. Impressed by fold out couch system - actually produces a comfortable bed. Stayed in a very warm period in early spring and found the air conditioning had to be turned on by the management. Once activated though, the room became comfortable. Elevated metro right across the street but double glazing is very effective at cutting out noise.

Have stayed here a few times now and always good. Location great - just next to Metro and within walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Supermarket on opposite corner - great for stocking up kitchenette if you don't want to eat out. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Fantastic location for sightseeing, without being in too much of a congested area. Just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower, and right next to a metro stop connecting three different lines.

Very efficient and spacious with good room facilities. Having been surprisingly upgraded from a Studio to an Apartment was also a definite plus factor!

Fantastic location - Eiffel Tower just around corner, lots of cafes nearby, supermarket and Metro next door. One complaint - only one soap tablet left for dishwasher and no washing-up liquid - inadequate for a 3-night stay, when no daily servicing. Similar comment about toilet paper. Otherwise, highly recommended.

This place has perfect location , right next to metro and grocery store. The studio was nice except the bed , it was'nt comfortable , the cost too seem to be bit high , though I did not try other places . Overall It is nice place to stay , and if I go to paris again , I will stay at this place again .
