Fanatastic studio apartment in great location convenient for Louvre, Notre Dame and metro station. Even had a view of the Seine! Only slight quibble - couldn't seem to be able to turn down heating (but it was very cold outside).

Perfect location, nice interior, clean room with whatever you need! We were staying in the studio and I don't remember anything that annoyed me. As for staff, they are polite, but we didn't see them much. All fine, Would recommend.

Super convenient location, staff very helpful, absolutely FANTASTIC restaurant just at the corner (Les Bouquinistes), seriously terrific food with a menu (26-30 Euro for 2-3 courses with a glass of wine and coffee), also Ze Kitchen Gallerie just around the corner from hotel (very interesting with a Thai/Asian influence and who can resist Laduree and their macaroons!!

Front desk can be short of staff at times, but the Manager (I think he is of East Asian origin) speaks perfect French and has been splendid, very helpful. A good manager because he was watching out in every way he can help. I only found out that he was the manager later. A good manager should be like this

friendly staff, great apartment with lots of room and good views over the roof tops to Notre Dame and the Pantheon. We would stay here again.

It took to much time to handle maintenance problems in our room. We expect a faster response is such hotel. We could not coordinate the hour of (paid!) room cleaning.

Overall an excellent level of service and accomodation in a fantastic location. We would definately stay here again. The only thing to be aware of is that the apartments are not serviced dailly and fresh towels on dailly basis are a chargeable extra.

Most personnel was quite helpful. One in particular, Marianne, was the most gracious. The personnel working in the evening hours was not as helpful. I would go back to the Hotel next time I visit Paris (next Christmas vacation). Having kitchen facilities is quite convenient and makes the trip a little less costly. I would prefer having more towels, though.

We've always stayed in hotels before, but will now always use Citadines in Paris. This was a fantastic place - great staff - I think the name of one staff member was/is Arthur? - great smile , courteous & very helpful - good coffee and the situation is superb.

We were very satisfied with this hotel. The location, facilities and staff were excellent. The only negative was the fact that one of the two lifts was out of order during our stay resulting in long waits. However this was a minor irritation. We would highly recommend this hotel.
