The hotel is about 50m away from about 10 restaurants/bistros, including some really posh ones! The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are a decent standard.

No complaints to speak of. The room was very small even by european standards but this was expected since I got the budget double room and other reviews had commented on this already. One negative thing that I did not expect was the closet being too small to put standard hangars in without them rubbing the clothing against the wall/door and the entire hanging space available was roughly 30cm. The walls were also very very thin and you could hear everything going on in the rooms around you especially the toilet flushing in the adjacent room - it sounded like it was right in your room. The internet access was not free (this was ambiguous in the description). None of these are huge issues though. The metro was literally 100 meters away, the people in the reception were very nice and helpful (lots of them though - in four days we saw five different people manning the desk), all of them with workable English but more importantly a willingness to understand and be understood.

Hotel on the whole is very nice. It is right next to the Metro station for easy access all over Paris. Area is good - shops, restaurants, etc, and can walk to the Champs Elysee in about 10 mins. Hotel staff are quite noisy in the mornings though, and ignore the private sign on your door trying to get in! Rooms nice and tidy and clean. Bathroom and toilet room seperate - if you ate a mince pie too many at Christmas you would not fit into the toilet room, it was tiny - but adequate enough (was only a standard room). Breakfast not included in booking, would be nice if it had have been - also watch out for the extra 2Euro per night city tax that they charge you on departure. On the whole a nice stay in a nice hotel - would stay there again (as long as on a diet!)

Excellent location, with a Metro station one block away. Nice neighborhood. Pleasant room. Good breakfast. Would be happy to stay here again.

Great staff: extremely accomodating, even when we arrived late at night. The rooms were perfect, and location-wise, the hotel had it all: Metro, bus and taxi outside the door. Highly recommend.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is very near to the metro station--Port de Champerret. many restaurants nearby. Easy access to Arc de Triomphe. We are very impressed.

Friendly and helpful service with a very clean room. Breakfast was an added extra and was adequate. The metro is very close and only a short 200m walk to a very pleasant roundabout covered with roses and surrounded by many cafe's and bars. There is also a good variety of restaurants nearby the hotel.

Address and phone number missing in confirmation documents from Hotel club. Hard to find in phone cataloques etc. Breakfast should be included in room price, or clearly informed in all hotel information.

Too small room, no small fridge, no iron, Internet connection is the worst ever, I do not recommend this hotel.
