If you want to stay in the Montparnasse area then I would recommend this hotel. The hotel is very close to the Metro station, the staff are very helpful and the breakfast couldn't be faulted. The room was a little small but adequate and very clean. There was some traffic noise but this wasn't excessive and didn't keep us awake.

Great location (few minutes from both RER and metro). A must is the excellent Italian round the corner (le Modigliani) Very reasonable and Excellent food and service. I expected the bathrooms to be small after hearing about them on the web but you don't spend any time there anyway. Clean and there's a bath and shower and twin sinks. Perfect. Close to metro for links all over. Very pleased with hotel.
