The Berne Opera Hotel Paris is a superb 3* hotel in the heart of Paris. I would gladly recomend this hotel to friends and family. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I will absolutely stay at the Berne Opera Hotel Paris on my next visit to Paris.

Excellent location, breakfast simple but very enjoyable nice restaurants locally. Staff very friendly and helpful. The addition of tea/coffee making facilities and an iron in the room would be really nice.

The rooms are 'snug' but comfortable. The rooms on the back over look the rail lines into Gare St Lazare which can be noisy at five in the morning.

Hotel very satisfactory only the 'hot breakfast' let it down. No variation from poor scrambled egg for duration of stay. Helpful staff all spoke English.

The hotel is located in a very nice and quiet location near the metro and montmartre. It was the perfect combination of residential life and social night life. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and a good size for the size--not huge, but not too small. Most of the clerks were nice, but some were a bit snotty. But that's to be expected with the French. Overall, it was an attractive, quaint place to stay.

no fire escape at all.rooms are very small,and they stink of cgarette smoke when we asked for non smoking room.location is very good.breakfast is good as well.but i will never pay the rate i paid for that kind of room.carpets were very dirty.bathroom is immaculate.

The hotel was well located to the metro and a reasonable walk to major tourist attractions. Although there was an extensive above ground railway very close to the hotel we could not hear much more than a rumble. The most annoying thing about the hotel was the water pipes for the bathrooms and heating system piped and visable inside the room and these were extremely noisey and hot (we had absolutely no control how warm we wanted our room because of this).

I enjoyed my stay in the Berne opera hotel. The only problem I had with the hotel was that the central heating was off for 1.5 days when temperatures outside were as low as -2 degrees C. When we approached the receptionist about it she was not very helpful and said that, the time of year that it was (new years eve, new years day) it would be impossible to get anybody to look at it. Miraculously the heating switched back on by itself a day later!

The Berne Opera Hotel Paris is exactly what we sought: a clean, practical place that was quite close to a metro stop. Staff were pleasant and helpful; the hot breakfast was an addition. We enjoyed the location so close to the Rome metro and just blocks from Montemarte. The rooms are small; this is certainly not a luxury hotel. However we found it to be perfect for a short stay and a great deal for the price.

My one complaint was the storage space. Extremey limited. Was rather frustrating when staying at Hotel for more than a couple of nights. On the other hand, the breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast room itself is charming. Very convenient for transportation. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend it.
