The size of the bed and the quality of the matress were terrible, very unconfortable. The shower and water were excellent. TV channels horrible, only one english and one spanish lenguage channels. DVD and movie alternatives will increase confortness.

Very well located, reasonably priced hotel. Rooms are fresh & clean and bathrooms are newly modernised. Tea and coffee facilities are not available in the rooms but we were happily served in the lounge bar until late. Second stay this time and we will return again no doubt.

This hotel was perfect for my daughter & myself - clean, comfortable,good breakfast, with an excellent location 5 minutes from Champs-Elysees & Arc d'Triumph, 10 minutes from the Seine. (I know nothing about the type & number of available rooms.)The elevator is small, but we managed. Staff was friendly & helpful with all our questions. Only problem - I'd read that the hotel had a shuttle from the railroad station, but I was unable to follow up on this. Venere gave me a company, Gamma, that couldn't be reached & the hotel knew nothing of this. However, I would definitely recommend the hotel and Venere as a reservation site.
