Very simple, clean,reasonable HOTel.First and second floors are used for apartment.(people live there.)The hotel location is very well and you can soon reach cental station and famous spots.

The Moderno was convenient for seeing the sights of Palermo, but was located in a sparse stretch of the main street. The restaurants were 5 blocks toward the train station or 8 blocks the other direction. The lobby is on the third floor with a small elevator. It is a budget hotel without much charm.

Very nice hotel, well situated, on the main street of Palermo, a little bit noisy though but it was still ok, as we had rooms on the side of the courtyard.
