The hotel is exactly as expected from the description. The reception staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. Location is on a great shopping street, easy walking distance to station to sightsee/return to airport (trains every half hour). The airport bus dropped us off at the hotel when we arrived. The bedroom floors are tiled with no rugs so can be cold on the feet. We had a triple room and it had plenty of room for the 3 of us plus the extra bed was a proper bed.

Very handy location near the train station. Room and en-suite bathroom both very clean. Room was at the back and very quiet. Continental breakfast very good. All things considered, excellent for the price!

If you are arriving late or leaving early from Palermo Centrale train station this is a perfect location. Reception was very helpful and spoke good English.

Friendly nice people at the desk. Breakfast was a little simple. Parking has to be done in a public parking with no damage guarantee. Prefer hotelparking.

Excellent price/quality. We discovered that booking with Venere we had cheaper prices than booking directly at the hotel. Nice, spacious and clean rooms (at least ours). A PC with Internet free to use for the guests. Very close to train/bus station. Everything we wanted to see in Palermo was at walking distance.

Having a room with no window / only a window to an insight slot was a big disappointment. Otherwise no problem. If we would return, only to a room with window to the street.

Situated in the second floor of an old building, the entry is not very appealing but once in the lobby you find a very nice three star hotel, great location, nice staff, rooms & bathroom very spacious. Free internet access using the hotel computer at the lobby, supposedly there is also prepaid wireless internet access available at the rooms. Drawback: no elevator from lobby to the rooms.

This is my third stay at Del Centro, staff are lovely, central location & it has a lift!! Some of the rooms are a little noisy as you get the traffic noise from Via Roma but they are air conditioned & you can shut the noise out.

We are very pleased with our stay at Hotel del Centro. We had 2 doble rooms. The rooms were lovely, clean and one of them were very spacious. The breakfast was good, and the staff always very smiling, polite and helpful. We got many good advices for our stay in Palermo from the staff.
