the probably only good hotel in palermo. for a 5 stars luxury the rooms could be better furnished (a little old) but it is a pleasure to stay there in such a city.

This is an amazing hotel. This was one of our stops on a 2 week anniversary trip and my husband and I were in Palermo visiting his relatives. The staff will bend over backwards to make your stay pleasant. They are wonderful, gracious, and completely helpful. This is a first class hotel. We will visit again when we are in Palermo!!

It is a nice hotel but you pay for staying in a 5 star hotel and the room you receive from your internet page it is very bad, without no views at all and extremly hot without any other solution that open the window that faces in front of the kitchen.

On arrival, put in room with only double bed when 3 people booked and arrived. Transferred to another room of good standard. Only able to produce toasted sandwich and fruit on late arrival. Very pleasant room with excellent breakfast. Service off hand and generally poor. Hotel appears to be living on it's former reputation.
