All the staff were plesent, however the rooms were very bare and slightly over priced for what recieved . Cleanliness was good and no other problems were found.

This B&B is an Students residence best prepared for university students staying there all year.Personal treatment is cold and facilities are not very nice,it's noisy,you have not acces to a tv in or out of the room and internet service is not available.

The only thing is that they rooms are quite noisy, with thin walls. Other than that, the rooms are cleaned every day, small but sufficiently comfortable, and the price is really low, so if you don't mind a bit of noise, it's a real good pick, especially if you have business near the university. Air conditioning doesn't work (but isn't announced either), but you can lend ventilators.

Not quite at the centrum, but not badly off it either. The surroundings are quite offputting, with dark and narrow alleys. The toilet was somewhat yellow and there were bugs in the bathroom. Still, it was okay for the price we payed.

Marconi neighbourhood is really similar to third world than Europe and I think dangerous too. My room was orrible. I came back home after few days. Really orrible.

The staff was unfriendly and the bathroom ugly. The beds were uncomfortable. In Palermo there are much better and cheaper albergos.
