This is a very good hotel, but some way out of Oslo city centre, and just outside the range of the tourist bus pass, although it's easy to get a bus to the centre. If you don't mind this I'd recommend it. I stayed in winter, but I also think the location would be great in summer - it's right on the Oslo fiord.

If u arrive before midnight at the airport, u should get transport to the hotel. Else u must use a night bus then a cab, more expensive. Otherwise its not that far from the city centre, about 15km.

The hotel needs a HUGE make over. The room, furniture and decorations looked like something from the 80´s. Training of the staff must be prioritized - no smiles except from the girl at the reception. The menu card was a joke and the food quality way below average. Good service was NOT existing. I will not come back - my expectations were not fullfilled. A radisson is ususally a high end hotel.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful, in particular a young lady called Alexandra was very helpful. I do not think this hotel can be classed as an Oslo City Centre hotel, as it cost me nearly £30 to get a taxi from the bus station to the hotel.

Expensive location if you take the taxi everywhere, however there is public transport not far from hotel, staff dont point this out when asked nor freely help you know how to get about. They have cars for hire or taxis waiting! Nice hotel, nice people and comfortable.

Nice location next to a lake makes it very pleasant for walks and bike rides. Easy to get into the city as a bus stop is across the road. Hotel staff friendly. The hotel looks a little bit tired but overall it was was a very enjoyable stay.
