Hotel room is basically good or very good. Breakfast is so amazing and very impressive to all guests (I would rate 5+ star for breakfast). One just want to comment is elevator that is so old and slow, rather traffic sometimes.

2nd time I've stayed there, great place, friendly staff and good rooms. Only problem is they are located next to a Hospital so there can be a lot of Ambulance sirens racing by, but there is an awesome view of the city from the room we stayed in

My room was near a elevator that was quite noisy - I do think this was a minus. But on the other hand the price was ok.

The hotel is located about a 6-minute work outside the centre and can be easily reached by No 12 tram, if 6 minutes is too long to walk. Relatively good cheap restaurants can be found by walking in the opposite direction to the city centre along Meyersgate

We got a room with garden view on the 12th floor,had a lovely view ,could see the ski jump platform which was lit up at night. Very happy with the hotel. Small room ,but had everything we needed.

Walking distance of the city centre. pretty basic hotel, however rooms are clean and spacious. breakfast is very good. attractive location at the side of the river. i have stayed here twice and found that it is the only reasonably priced thing in norway.

The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the main station, cathedral and shopping centres. Great breakfast and bar. I booked a reasonably-priced single, superior room which turned out to be a double room on the 13th floor with tea and coffee and views all over Oslo and up to the ski jump - fantastic! Drinking in bars is very, very expensive. If you need to buy alcohol, shops don't sell it. You need to find a supermarket that does and there's one on Storgata, near the hotel, but buy before 18.00hrs. Buses and trams stop outside the hotel.

The location of the hotel is good, as there are many buses and trams that stop just outside the hotel and take you into town, you have the hostel adjacent to the hotel, but there was no noise or any trouble. The hotel was clean & tidy, the rooms are not very spacious and we stayed in the superior room, but the beds are comfortable. The breakfast was good and plenty to choose from. The hotel was very busy and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Receptionist most helpful. Introduced us to the bar and cafe area on the front at Oslo and booked our meal at oldest restaurant on Bank Square.
