Great location across from Train Station. Room was spartan. Price was fair but not great and in line with posted walk-in rate. Breakfast was average. Staff were either ignorant or surly. Difficult to communicate with. Little interest in helping with the exception of one young woman who was on staff Sunday who was very helpful when she could be but knew very little.

Nice little hotel. Small room with balcony on my floor - the balcony compensated somewhat for the small size of the room. Staff were helpful when needed to be and unobtrusive at other times. Location excellent. Parking just around the corner and cost nothing overnight. Breakfst is help-yourself and so is better than most French hotels, although still only bread / croisant / yoghurt / coffee. I would return to this hotel if I were visiting Orleans again.

A poor welcome - no guidance to room and unhelpful advice about carpaking. Breakfast - good value at 7 Euros and very conveniently located for central Orleans. Rooms cleaned regularly, but decor rather tired and general appearance disappointing - headboards on the beds particularly grubby. We were provided with a twin room having booked a double. We were charged more by Hotel Club than the 2003 room price advertised in the rooms and in the foyer
