WE WERE SO SURPRISED THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE A SECURE CAR PARK . THIS COULD BE MADE POSSIBLE AND BE MOST HELPFUL TO THE CLIENTS ESPECIALLY IN THE AREA THE HOTEL IS LOCATED.

On arrival the receptionist (male) complained that we had cancelled the day before when clearly we had not. He also moaned about the room rate he was being paid - to low. The food at dinner was very poor for the high price charged.
