It is not a five strar hotel ,no elevator in seven floor hotel.

We have stayed in this excellent hotel 10 times, the people are professionals in the hospitality-business.

We arrived in the morning (around 9am) and were told that the room is not ready. No room was available because the hotel was full!!! We were told that we could upgrade at extra cost which we declined. We had to wait untill 2pm to get into our room even though it was obvious to everybody that only a few rooms were taken for several days. This kind of trickery left a bad taste of otherwise pleasant stay.
