There was ne heating in the apartment, plus the shower from the apartment above leaked through into the bathroom. Not the sort of standard I would expect from any establishment.

The apartments are clean and quite spacious. Good location for the beach and about 10 mins walk to the nearest restaurants. Good value for money.

There is not a cleaning service everyday or even every other day. We were expecting a room with a sea view but didn't get one. It is located quite far from the main city centre

Excellent views from Balcony - water was directly opposite (great for swim in the mornings). Bit chummy with 5 adults in the 1 room but compensated by price. Parking is at the local public car park @ 15 euros per day (they could have explained this when booking). Bit out from main shopping centre but OK.

The hotel it self was great. We had a sea view 1 bedroom aptartment with a balcony and awesome views. The living room had 2 large fold out sofas which was great for out teens and a full kitchen. However they did not tell us that there was no maid service and that if you wanted fresh towels there was a charge of 5 Euros per person or $45 Euros to have it cleaned. The bus runs right outside on either street in front or behind but it is not very close to center, casinos, restaurants or old towne and bus schedule not regular especially on week end. I would stay there again because the front desk people were wonderful, helpful and could not have been nicer. There is free parking if you have a car right on the street and you can watch the working girls that come out after dark from your balcony...Beach has rocks water is nice. I think I would stay in Cannes if I went back to the Riviera

We absolutely loved our stay there especially with a suite facing the beach. Only a couple of minor things were missing that we needed to be able to maintain the cleaniness of the suite was a kitchen sink plug and dishwashing liquid, but stay and accommodation was absolutely fabulous and we are definitely returning next year some time to stay there longer.

Was v.good overall. Although to start with we couldn't check before 3pm (even to leave luggage); the receptionist was unhelpful. The 'car parking facilities' is an underground car park a block down - approx 30Euros for 5 days. Be warned - it's hard to find parking along the Promenade des Anglais at all. We booked 3 apartments - 2 studios & a one-bedroom with seaview. The seaview balcony was great for photos & drinking beers at night! All were well kept & just as the pictures advertised on the web - v. modern & functional. We were pleasantly surprised. We had a towel change each day, rubbish was cleared & beds made! They are well situated between the airport and the main part of Nice - the beach at this end is quieter! For anyone who is a light sleeper bring earplugs - traffic can be noisy. The other reception staff were much more helpful. If we went back to Nice would definitely book here again. All in all the Quality Suites were 'quality'!

I have difficulty in accepting this is a 4 star apartment and think 3 would be nearer the mark. Staff very friendly and location good for public transport. Walk into Nice is a good 30 minutes and buses stop at 20:00. Sea view was extremely noisy with amount of traffic. 5 lanes East and 3 West! Although cleaned on arrival the flooring throughout was dirty and bathroom mouldy around shower/bath. Needs good overhaul!

One Bedroom apartment was very comfortable & spacious with excellent views over the Promenade Des Anglais. The hotel was a good 20 minute walk away from main restaurants and bars. Only drawback is that rooms are only cleaned once a week but clean towels etc are available on request from reception.

We were in a Quad room apartment which actually turned out to be two rooms and a bathroom. The sofa was one bed and the other room had a double bed. I believe it needs to be specified what sort of sleeping arrangements are offered rather than stating a quad when all you getting is one room with a bed and one sofa.

The room was dirty when we arrived, there was ants on the bathrom, toilet, and hall floor. There was no information regarding the cleaning routines, and how to use the dishwasher and so on... The rooms was only cleand once a week (but they dit not change the sheets on the beds, dit not wash the floors, they didn't even sweep the floors, they onlt made the beds with the old sheets still on. This hotel is most sutible for people coming from countries wich are not used to the same standard of cleanliness as we in northern europe and scandinavia are. The hotel is probably most popular amoungst people arriving from estern europe.

The hotel was far, far away from the city center, although on the site it was presented very close to the center. In 5 days nobody has ever entered to clean or to throw away the garbage. We payed for a breakfast but this was not included in the price. We asked for a taxi when we left and they could not fixed one for us. We had to run for a crouded bus to go to the airoport. We booked a room with see view and we get one to the motorway.
