After seeing the reception, while entering the standard room I had the impression of entering another hotel... They just care of the reception, whereas also the standard room belongs to the hotel and should reflect a 4stars standard... I did not expect any special view, but the room I got was not that nice, certainly not a 4 stars (and maintenance is needed, e.g at the bathroom doors).

don't get a room on the 5th floor- all i heard was toilets flushing and people stamping around above me. also, as a business customer travelling on their own some international channels would have been nice-and they did say that they had these- none of the english speaking channels worked-just got a grey fuzz-i did have CNN for a few hours on day 1! the room service i got was also not of a good standard.

We stayed in the delux room which was lovely. The staff in the hotel were approachable and extremely friendly. The service in the Roof Terrace Restaurant was perfect and would highly recommend that you have at least one evening meal up there. Perfect location as an easy bus journey from the airport. If you stay here you will have a lovely relaxign weekend

Our room was adequate and the bed comfortable.However for a 4* hotel it was extremely old and shabby and in desperate need of decoration. In the bathroom the basin was cracking up and the shower screen did not fit and had to be held open with one hand whilst showering! The bedroom was devoid of any decoration or colour and was depressing to stay in. The bar prices were outrageous and there were no adequate loungers in the roof area. We would never stay there again.

The rooms were not of four star quaility. The restaurant and bar were good. There is a good Irish pub near by called Ma Nolan's. It shows all the irish sporting events.

Nice hotel in good location, however very unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Was not possible to get breakfast 10 minutes early despite having an early flight. Staff unflexible in their approach. No sunbeds on the roof terrace despite the picture on the website and their advertising.

The Hotel ist perfectly located. There is also the possibility of parking the car nearby (in the underground parking of the Meridien). We did not know that and parked in the Massena-Parking (75 Euro for 4 days). The employees are ok, but not extraordinarily friendly.... The hotel itself is just perfect, but not very cheap. But it's all worth it.

the most disappointing hotel of our trip. the room was in horrible condition, was the noisiest room in the hotel due to the music upstairs on the terrace. the view was beautiful and the only thing that made the stay bearable.

Lovely hotel, great location - however no sea view room on offer even though that was on our reservation. Staff very helpful and friendly, close to all sights, shopping, restaurants etc. Didn't get to eat in restaurant however - unfortunately had to close due to rain - pity as it looked very good!

Excellent location. We upgraded to a deluxe room which had a lovely balcony & great sea views. Helpful staff.
