there are other two-starred hotel which have same prices with better locations and services, I wish you coul´d have them on your site, to mention that the receptionist ( owner maybe) said that she offered me a double room which woul´d coast 90 euros/n&p for the same price??!!!

The overall experience staying at this hotel was good, the staff was friendly and willing to help, the room was clean, etc. except the price - we were charged 2.1 Euro more than the rate confirmed in the booking.

For the price, this place is excellent. It's a short walk to the boardwalk. We were only there for one night so we didn't have much interaction with the employees, but they made our short stay a quick and easy one.

Friendly and good service. Rooms need some new carpet and some painting. The toilet in our room was splushing out on the floor when the other rooms was using their toilets. Our room was in first floor. Free parking.

Reserved "Superior Room", but it did not excist, however I was charged with the price of a superior room. Dark, exceptionally small and unpractical; verry poor value for money! Around the next corner (even closer to the sea), we found a beautufull hotel, with free parking,large light comfortable rooms at a lower price. Even without reservation

When I first arrived the front desk was really rude, but after that they were all smiles and friendly ( Maybe because my Visa was good ) The location is excellent 5 minute walk to the beach, our room faced the road which is somewhat busy, we could hear some traffic noise (especially during the world cup games!) The bathroom was clean but smelled terrible like mildew is lurking somewhere. I would recommend bringing slippers, the flooring is pretty old. There is no elevator and no airconditioning. Overall if you are looking for a cheap place to stay, I would recommend it. If you are looking for a quiet holiday on the beach I would recommend trying the town close by called Antibes or Juan les Pins.

The walls were very thin, so noise carried easily. On some days the rooms were not done until the afternoon, which made it awkward, as we wanted to pop back for a bit. Also, they never put anymore toilet roll in the toilet - I had to go and ask TWICE - this was really unacceptable. There was also a small dog running around the entrance hall and reception a lot of the time, which bit my partner on the last day. The receptionist was very apologetic, but really the dog should not have been there. Overall though, it was much cheaper than anything else we could find in Nice, so maybe we got what we paid for.
