Very conveniently placed, within short walking distance of old town, port and beach area. Double room very small but, with all necessary comveniences, and cheap for 2 people. Breakfast very good. Service no problems.

The room was fairly small and there was no english language cnahhel on TV. However, the location was very good for me and it was very handy to have a garage at the same spot.

Staff were really helpfull and friendly, although it did take them 2 days to fix the TV in the room. Good value for the money paid though.

The hotel is in an ideal location and the staff were super. The room itself was very small and in need of redecoration however the facilities within the room were fine. I would revisit this hotel again in the future for a short break.

The rooms were too small, only one small cupboard for clothes. Had to live out of suitcase all week. Asked to up grade and was told no bigger rooms, which was not true. No-one on reception wanted to own up to speaking english. As for breakfast, 6am - 10am. If you went between 9am and 10am you were lucky if there was anything left. Will not be going back.

Within walking distance of beach, old town, lots of restaurants etc. Good enough for a few days stop-over. Quiet old part of town. Watch out for homeless scam, near beach, asking for your signature and a donation.

This hotel was not on a map and their phone didn't work so it took us 4 hours to find it. The management was unsympathetic. They were uncooperative when we were trying to find ice (sorry, but American's want access to ice). I just didn't like the attitude of the people working there.

very small room for two persons. Badroom was not clean, the floor was not clean, we stayed in the hotel for 5 days, they never cleaned the floor. their was a bad smell in the room en the hall of the hotel. Breakfast room was very dirthy, floor not clean. service was very insanitary!!!! this was our first stay in a Kiriad Hotel, i think it wil also be the last time!!!!!!!

Room aircon is inefficient. It was like a weak fan. Manual control did not help. Rooms are very small but equipment is modern. Buffet breakfast excellent ! Value for money.

Breakfast is good. Rooms are rather small. A TV set was out of order in my room. A Miss on the Reception desk (probably a Chiness girl) promised me to send a technician to repare or change the TV set, but nothing was done. Besides, she was not polite and friendly with me discussing this problem. She called me to be patient because TV sets were out of order in 15 rooms more of the hotel. How do you like such logic?

I ordered and prepayed a room with aircondition at Kyriad Center Park Hotel Nice. The arcondition did not worke, and they would not give me any money back, because it was prepayed. We payed more by booking the hotel via WEB, then it costs for regular guests. WEB 74Euro, there 64Euro! I hope you will do something abouth this.
