Receptionists were really friendly, helpful and professional. Good place to stay, really central, close to the train station, to the sea front and the shopping center and the restaurants/bars/clubs. Great. We loved it and plan to return.

Excellent hotel and location. Included breakfast excellent. Lovely room to eat in. Location first rate. Beware, no parking for a car. Hard to find parking in the district. You can walk from the train station to the hotel - draggiing suitcases - without too much problem. No need for a car if you are staying in Nice. We would stay there again for sure.

The staff took a very trying time in getting to the hotel because of street construction into a very pleasant experience. They where the to help us with any question that we had. Location was much better than expected. The room was a little compact, but very well done. Would stay there again without hesitation. It is the best of any Venere reservation we have made.

This was a real find as it was inexpensive, clean and the staff at the desk were very helpful. They spoke English and recommended some excellent tours and places to eat. The rooms were neat and had all the facilities needed. There was a really good restaurant next door and the hotel was within walking distance of all the interesting places to see in Nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

A clean and quiet hotel situated not far from the old town, shopping centers and the beach. The staff were polite, kind and helpful. I will like to visit the hotel again and recommend it to friends.

Good clean hotel. Bathroom looked modern and new. 3 bed room was spacious for 2 adults and a 2 year old to run arround. Close to a main shopping street, mid way between railway station and sea front. Great chocolate shop for snacks and breakfast 50m. Would recomend hotel if you do not need a lift to get upstairs.

A perfect location for a long week-end. Just off main thoroughfare, 10 minutes from Railway Station, 10 minutes from sea. Rooms very small but adequate for a few days. Staff very helpful and speak excellent english. Continental breakfast was nothing special but fine.

Nice hotel in great location. Rooms are a bit cramped but bathroom is large enough. Clean rooms, AC. Beach gear (towel, parasol) are lent free of charge! Friendly service despite rooms been cleaned a bit late in the day.
