The service in reception was kind and helpfull. The stuff had enough patience to speak french with me but also english was spoken well. The room was really big (studio superior for two), and there was a balcony facing inner court. The room was silent and traffic didn´t trouble at all and there was enough warm water all the time. Only the kitchenette was lacking some cleaning stuff, like a wipe and soap. The hotel is also situated close to the chateau and the old port, and very close to the old town. There is a salon de thé and a couple of shops just around the corner to pop out and get something to eat, if one isn´t in the mood for restaurants. The bus station is just a few minutes away and the buses are very handy and easy to use.

I had booked 3 superior twin studios but when the six of us arrived they were all doubles and no twin beds available! This was a bit of a bummer as we were not couples! Had I known this in advance I would have made alternative arrangements. Location was pretty good - near the bus station and train station. Swimming Pool was closed for 2 days of our 5 days!

The hotel was clean and basic but perfectly adequate for a base to explore nice, which is a fantastic place. excellent location and reasonable price. The added bonus of a kitchen area was very useful for packed lunches/light meals etc. The only criticsm of the hotel we had was the rude attitude of some of the reception workers. Overall though I would recommend this hotel.

Location is ver good close to shops and not far from beach .Hotel was still being worked on and there was a lot of noise from wor in progress ,price was reasonable .

This hotel is new and consequently had a feeling that all was not quite finished but I'm sure in time that it will improve. The facilities were basic but clean - we were the first occupants in our room - had to remove the stickers of the cooking utensils! The pool was small and had no sun loungers or seats around it so not really suitable for spending much time at. The location was fine, about 15 minutes to the Promenade des Anglais. Overall good value.

We had a quite comfortable family room. Kids like the swimming pool - even though small it was great for those hot days as the rooms have no AC. Very well located for the old town. Reception very helpful.

The Reception closes at about 9pm at night and I think that guests should be informed of this in advance. On my booking form I said I was arriving at 11pm and I had to ask another French guest to phone up the Emergency number to find out my room number and the entrance security code which had not been communicated to me in advance. If I had know the reception would be closed when I arrived I would have phoned the hotel in advance before 9pm.
