This hotel is a 30 minute walk from the centre of Nice, so it's not in a great location considering the price of the accommodation. Also, it is advertised as an 'ApartHotel' - however, the cleaners did not clean my room once or change my towels during my week's stay. While it is an apartment style complex, the word 'hotel' would make you think that basic services such as cleaning would be carried out at least once a week.

Good location. Nice balcony. Everything there. Downside - only one lift and -make sure you ask how to turn hot water on or you'll run out.

In posizione ideale, a due passi dalla Promenade des Anglais e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro la struttura si trova in una zona ben servita da mezzi pubblici e con negozi di ogni genere a pochi passi. Appartamenti con buona dotazione di accessori. Personale gentile e professionale.

This was excellent and the friendly helpful staff made our long break in Nice very enjoyable. All went 100% with the booking etc. Very very clean and comfortable.

The fact that we had to use the same towels for 4 days was a bit much. We asked to change our towels on the second day and were told by the cleaner that we had to use them for the duration of our stay. Otherwise the staff on reception were very helpful and we found that the location was great. (about 20mins walk along the promenade from the old town).

Would recommend this Apartment Hotel. Security excellent with key coded entry through front door. Very clean, quiet, reasonable sized apartment for 2. Good position , easy walk to water. Best to have breakfast in apartment.

Hello,thanx for sending me this e-mail.I want to say that Citadines Promenade Apart Hotel Nice is brilliant but the problem with it that they dont have room services!Everything a part of that is very good and any time I will go to Nice I would prefer to stay there again, regards (Faisal)

Only a few minor criticisms. 1. There were no drawers and only a few small shelves to store clothing. 2. More soap and shampoo could have been provided. 3. Kitchen knife was blunt.

We were a couple in an apartment, this was very confortable. We extended our stay for another week. It's was our first time at a Citadines and we enjoyed it.

A great self-catering option for Nice. I would gladly recommend the Citadines as the staff are really great and the facilities very good. Next time I'm in Nice, I'll be going there.

The apartment is beginning to look shabby. The hotel lift is unreliable and was out of use when we arrived. The sofa bed was broken and took over two hours to replace. The staff were very helpful.
