The reception was only open between certain hours. Internet wireless connection did not work in room or lobby (false advertising). Receptionist could not fix the problem, nothing he/she can do about it! New bathtub just put over old bathtub, you can still see the ugly space between the tubs.

Great to have a kitchenette and fridge etc. and separate sittingroom when you have a little person with you. Sofa bed was more comfortable than I thought it would be. This particular Citadines is a long time past the point where it should have been refurbished/redecorated though. We had wonky electrics - trip switch would go if you put the hob on!

Avoid it. The staff is great, but they do what they can. If you do a late check in, there will be no one in the reception, you will have to use your GSM to call a number so they can give you a code to enter the hotel and another one to open the safe where your keys are... and you will spend quite a few euros for an international call from you cell phone. I went here because I already knew the Brussels one, which was much better, but it proved to be a fat mistake. As a detail: they only have 4 hair dryers, and when we went to look for one, they told us that all were in rooms, and they were not able to recover them. In summary: don't even think about it

We like this place. Clean and tidy, equipment in the studio all what you need, nice and friendly staff... Only a walk away from everything.

We had booked the apartment hotel in Meyerbeer, we was moved to Bd. Grosso due to problems with the rooms. This location was not as good as the booked one, but the rooms was nicer.

Good location for town and seaside in Nice. Very reasonably priced for location. Very near railway station which was a bonus for us.

Nice location, close to the Promenade Anglais and Hotel Negresco. Sufficiently equipped apartment, although it would be good with a small upgrade. Cleaningness; Good. Good assistance in the reception (please note not open 24/7). Some noise from the street (Rue de Buffa), otherwise OK. In general good value for money.

Ecxellent location. Very close to whatever you need, however, the hotel seems much much much nicer in the pictures in the web site. The kitchen and its euquipment was so old that we rather not touch them. For the price and location alone, I will stay in this hotel again.

Bad service from the reseption, no cleaning more than once a week. When asking for things, they did not response at all. Twice we asked for new bedclothing, even to change ourselves. Bad stay for all of us staying there between 8-23. june

We should have preferred if there had been some more shelves and hooks in the rooms - but especially in the bathroom we were lacking hooks for the towels. No place for wet bath suits and beach towels.
