Great Staff and Very accomodating (and spoke english well)! 24 hours at the desk so great when coming home late. Room 803 was fantastic with a balcony view of the Contempory Art Museum and surroundings (Huge Square Head Sculpture). Even though there is work on the tram still going on, that did not disturb our sleep or stay at Nice and the great thing about this hotel is its local to Old Town and a walk away from great food (Nicoise Socca for soca at 2 euros and mussels+chips for 7 euros!) About a 10 min walk to the beach but who cares when your walking through Old Town surroundings. We opted out of paying 8 euros for breakfast, instead there is this quality local cafe (on the same road opposite the bus depot) that sell freshly baked cakes and pastrys with coffee for about 2 euros. Only bad point I would say is that our check-in was not until 2PM instead of the 1PM it said on the package but instead we left our bags in their secure holding cupboard and we just walked around the Promenade instead. Do not go into Casino Rhul, rubbish excuse for a casino (will not except 5 euros in the slot machines), best to go Monte Carlo (Bus 100 for 1.30 euros) and casinos in there are more impressive. Follow he oldies for the best slots to go too, for some reason they got a six sense for fully loaded machines!?

Perfect location. Near to Nice Old Town and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The rooms were small but we were never in the room anyway. There is no parking however there is a car park near which costs about 20 Euros to leave it there for the whole day and night. The staff were very helpful. A great hotel if you are on a budget and not looking for luxury accommodation.

Not very good located, noisy in the morning,with smell of cigarette smoke in the room.But we've payed for shared bathroom and we got a private one at the same price.

A decent hotel with very affordable price. Staff is very friendly but proficiency in English could be better. I would certainly stay here again.

Rooms were clean and nice, but very small. Backside rooms were very quiet. Very good breakfast offer with rich choice at the buffet. Location close to the old town (5 min. walk), about 20 min. walk down to the beach. We would choose this hotel again ...

Stayed there for 3 days. Everything was OK except for a smell of cigarette smoke in the room (especially the first time we got in). As a result we had to leave our window constantly open (even when we were out). AC did not resolve the problem, on the contrary made it worse (probably because there was a central AC system).

This place is ideally located near the heart of nice, you are only minutes away from the restaurants and beach. Not bad place at all. Aircon works well, if a little noisy.
