Good standard; clean and quiet. Close to the train station, and just about at the edge of nicer neighbourhood. Easy access to all parts of Nice. We were there for five nights and could have stayed much longer. Staff pleasant but not too helpful re local bus service or restaurants.

We were first given a small double room facing a back street although we had ordered a twin bed room facing a park. After complaining we got a very nice twin bed room with balcony facing the park. Maybe HotelClub hadn't forwarded our reqirement correctly? The hot part of the breakfast was the possibility to boil your own egg.

Clean, comfortable and more spacious than we expected. Very convenient for the railway station and an easy enough walk to the main part of town.

Room clean and comfortable if small. Breakfast served in tiny cramped room. May have been temporary accommodation but no explanation was offered. Wifi internet access advertised as available from all rooms but no warning given that you need to be an Orange mobile phone customer to obtain it, and that you must pay for it. Hotel didn''t appear to have it''s own access to Internet. Fair enough, but that should be made clear on room description. Staff were pleasant but couldn''t offer an alternative means of Internet access.

This hotel was fine, a nice location between the train station and the beach. The walk to the beach is about 15 minutes at an amble, which is good for the price. The breakfast, which was included in our deal, was great!

The hotel is excellently located near the train station and a 10 minute walk from the beach. The rooms are very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. I was in a room at the back of the hotel which was a little noisy - There is a garage & car repair shop located just behind the hotel. Overall price vs quality I would highly recommend this hotel and would definately return.

My wife and I use Your hotel because it is so nice s to stay there. It is quiet, not so big ,in the neighbour to the station and to the shopping area and the sea. The breakfast is what we like to eat in the morning. And gthe occasion for us to stay in Nice i is that we use to bicyckle in Provence. And we see no reason to change hotel in Nice. So we will be back next year. Thank You so much for taking care.

We felt like we were staying at a Motel 6. Don't stay here if you expect more. Location is good, price is good, but look elsewhere. We paid for 3 nights, checked out one day early, and were not refunded the third night, even though Venere policy states that a refund is possible at the discretion of the hotel. The hotel management did not even try to be helpful. The entire experience was disappointing to say the least. This was the only hotel on a 3 week European trip that we felt negatively about. Don't let a stay here ruin what could be a much better experience in Nice!

Very clean accomodations. Did not try the breakfast, but it looked somewhat limited. Staff was very personable. I would well recommend the stay to non-Europeans concerned about the quality. We had a triple and a double and both were very comfortable. About 10 minutes to the beach and the same to the restaurant district near by.

The site needs an indication of distance from the station and that travellers can not get tranport from the hotel side of the railstaton.For example, Take the #3 tram 6 stops {cost E1.60/adult} would do.

This was our last stop on a lengthy tour of France, and we had encountered hotels of varying levels of quality along the way. The Aria was a pleasant surprise. The staff were very friendly, efficient and spoke excellent English. The lift was a real treat - completely original and very charming. The rooms, the doubles at least, were quite spacious, especially by European standards. Very cute french doors and shutters compelted a package which represented excellent value for money in Nice. The location was very central, and the breakfast nicely prepared and presented. I would recommend the hotel highly.
