When we entered our room we thought we had entered into a freezer. The room was freezing -- the heat had been off all day in this particular room -- the weather outside was -7 . It wasn't until 3:00 a.m. that we actually felt some warmth. Apparently, the cleaners are told to keep the heat off when the rooms are empty. I feel they should keep the heat on at all times in the winter. This was our only complaint!

The staff were friendly and room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient with lots of parking stalls. I definitely return to this hotel in my next trip.

We did not stay there. We could not stand the smell in the room, so we went again and found another hotel. We cancelled the room to you later the same day. The ladies by the frontdesk were not smiling and it seemd to us, that they started understanding that we were there, when we canselled. Normally you are asked how are you and things like that, but it was not of interest there.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. If you dont have transport, it is difficult to get to the falls as the hotel is quite a distance away from them.

Separate enclosed play structure was great. You required a special key to access, which helped control number of unsupervised kids.
