Was put into a room overlooking the car park. I complained and they put us into a room overlooking the falls. Can't complain about that. Great location on the Canadian sidetoo boot.

We are not supposed to pay the parking fee of C$18 plus taxes. I expect the price should include the parking fee.

-Did NOT provide room reserved, said I'd have to pay $30 more p/n -In-house movies were actually pay-per-view -Parking cost additional $12 p/n -Taxes were added to room when hotelclub rate was inclusive of all taxes -$200 authorization on my credit card though they told me there would be none -Staff was mostly rude and useless -I became sick from the (unlisted in the menu) toppings added to the foods at their rooftop restaraunt -DO NOT RECOMMEND hotel -Not worth the cost or hassles

Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. Winter in Niagara Falls was well worth the snowy drive back to Toronto. The hotel location is great! Much better than being down on the Falls View Blvd. You can catch the Casino Courtesy bus back and forth from the lower level to the hotel if you get tired of walking. You get the bus from the back of the Casino located steps away from the Sheraton on the Falls!

The rate was great as was the view and the facilities are great like the pool, gym and squash court. Will use this hotel if ever we return to Niagara from the UK.

We had a fallsview room, but the view of the falls was very bad (the new casino is right in font of the Renaissance, between the hotel and the falls). Otherwise, not a single complaint. Very courteous staff, and clean and comfy rooms.

Room was a smoking room, I think there should be a smoking or non-smoking selection on the site website. It is really hard to sleep when you are alergic to smoke and you are a non-smoker. Other then that Price and Falls View was amazing , Excellent hotel plus excellent service provided by hotelclub.net to book the room very efficient and friendly staff.

We were instantly greeted upon arrival with grace and were assisted to the front desk and offered to have a bell man take our luggage to the room. Also parking was included in our rate which was a nice perk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
