Hotel was minimal. It appeared to be satisfactorily clean. There were no wash clothes, nor provisions for washing dishes. Appliances functioned ok. Microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator were in good shape. TV remote was out of batteries, which it turned out had been throw on floor. Dining table was wobbly to the point it was hazardous to use. Key didn't work and had to get replacement. This was listed as a three star on your site, but I would question it was really more than a one star, if that

Great location, easy walk to central park and all attractions, supermarkets etc near by. Apartment was spacious, although fairly bland. Beds comfortable but kitchen had minimal utensils. Great laundry in basement at reasonable prices and 24 hour concierge was comforting. Cable tv was good for the teenagers, and air conditioning essential as it was hot and stuffy inside our apartment (west facing in June) unless windows were open. Open windows meant 24 hours of noise, but that is Manhattan for you. Overall would highly recommend for the price.

The following are criticisms that applied to Apt. 22G:- There was a smell of gas from the cooker constantly even though this was turned off and we had to have the windows open for safety. If it had been mid-winter this would not have been possible. There were both lamps and electric sockets not working, the bed linen had never been ironed and there were insufficient towels. If you are not going to receive any further clean linen during your stay then, I feel, that at least everything should be good to start with.

The whole place could do with a major clean a paint and some internal decoration to give the apartments a more welcoming feel. The apartments need to be modernised as the equipment was very dated. Security also needs to be improved. I think the staff require training in how to welcome guests as they were very 'offish' and at times quite rude. I understand that people get stressed but this should not be taken out on guests. As a base the apartments are sited in an ideal area with Times Square only a five minute walk away. In summary the apartments are extremely well located but require modernising and a bit of decoration and they would be excellent rather than average.

Error in booking, staff maintained that only one apartment had been booked when two had been booked. They were very reluctant to provide an additional apartment and when they did it was not habitable. Eventually two alternative apartments were provided 11 streets further uptown and they were disgusting. They were never cleaned during our stay and there was no change of linen or towels. Facilities provided were very limited

Great location...people were friendly. The only complaints are that we found bits of garbage on the floor, the walls are in desperate need of a coat of paint and the sheets and pillows were less than desirable...stains etc...the price was good and the location was perfect. With a large group we would stay there again.

Described as luxury doorman accomodation - not true. Good initial appearance but concierge only and does not move from main reception area (no help at all). Filthy untidy hotel reception area on 14th floor. Apartment in urgent need of decorating, bleak and unwelcoming, had to ask for clean towels and sheets, part way through holiday. Have flea bites on my legs from bedding? Residents of building told us that building should be condemned!

Please do not stay at these apartments. It is a number of apartments in a block with a Woogo office in one of hte apartments. The Woogo staff are very unhelpful and there really is no 'service'. We were booking at another Woogo location but when we arrived at 11pm we were told that Woogo had been EVICTED from that building leaving no forwarding details. We then had to call Australia to sort the problems out and find that we our booking had been relocated to another area of the city. When we arrived at our new apartment, there was a leaking gas smell and exposed wiring in the cupboards. We asked for it to be fixed but it wasn't so we have to relocate again to another apratmenet within the building which was better. There was a very dodgy feel about the whole arrangement and we spent out entire stay wondering if Woogo were going to be evictedagain andwe would be out on the street.
