FACILITIES: Flimsy piece of cloth pinned up as window covering. Cheap, small bed. No carpet on floor. Tiny bathroom. SERVICE: No Internet access, and no help from staff after requesting help. General staff attitude surly.

A great place to stay if you like Central park. Very close to aubway is a massive plus. No internet up and running in room was frustrating but one very helpful man on the front desk made it worth it.

The room was O.K. but the bed, sheets, and especially the pillows were very bad. When you´re travelling a standard bed with decent pillows and sheets is essential. For that reason I would not book this apartmens again.

Dirt, cockroaches, stained sofa, noise from neighbours. The only good thing about this was the location, and the housekeeper's sense of humour. When I complained about the cockroaches she replied ' welcome to NY'. Jan Martucci

Air conditioner not working, ants rampant in the building, no dishwashing detergent or cloth to do any dishes available (had to buy our own) rooms are very small especially the main loungeroom once the sofa bed is down (impossible to walk around it) Bathroom facilities were not up to scratch.

Although renovated quite recently and having the potential to be a very nice place to stay, this hotel has very very poor maintanance. Broken parts are not fixed, totally frozen ice compartment of Frige are just left so etc. The most iritating part were the insects in the kitchinet (latin name periplaneta americana). I wouldn`t recommend it to friends! A.G.

Great location with subway at the door, Zabar is a few blocks away to stock up the fridge or go for breakfast. This was my second stay at this location and will go back.

We rented the apartment for 4 people. There were only 3 towels, 0 face/wash cloths and 1 hand towel. 3 plates, cups, glasses. Staff didn't know what was going on when you asked questions about apartments. Didn't know area. But they were nice and we felt safe. Great location.

The only good thing of this place is the location, very close to the 72nd subway station and two blocks away from central park. The rest really sucks. Worse hotel expirience of my life. It seems like you are doing these people a favor instead of buying a service. DO NOT stay there, you are going to regret it for the rest of your life!

The person in charge or the receptionist was very unfriendly, and did not seem interested in anything regarding their occupants. We encountered a few of them and all of them were very indifferent in their attitude as if we were non existent when we walked in and out of the apartment building. They could not even supply me with an envelope to post an urgent letter! Could this be becos we were Asians!!!!!!!! They seemed friendly towards only WHITES!
