The Wocott was ideal for us - very centrally located, friendly service, greaet to have a coffee and muffin in the lobby in the morning and when i needed something the hotel staff were very helpful and responsive. thank you

Very convenient location as you can catch bus/underground just at the corner. You can also walk to many nearby places such as ESB etc. The staff is not very friendly, but the place is funny, the rooms are fine and they offer nice fresh scones in the morning down in the reception hall. Would not hesitate to go back there on my next stay.

I dont know why there is NO Free internet in the hotel!!!!I have already lived in different hotels in the New York City, they all provide FREE internet. But in the Wolcott Hotel, there is no!!!! I dont like this!!!!

the hotel was smelly, shabby and dingy, the bathroom badly tiled, the flush of the toilet half working, the lift too busy kept us constantly waiting, the breakfast was a joke.

The hotel room was average, the overall building was in need of TLC. especially the foyer and lifts. The gift shop did not stock and day to day items.
