I will recommend the hotel to others, I will be returning to NYC and will use the hotel again. The overall experience was very good and they have a very friendly and helpful staff.

Clientele of ... well, there was fighting in the corridors and my mattress was heavily bloodstained. Dried, but still... It looked as if someone got stabbed in my bed. And they don't serve breakfast in the hotel, but there's a nice breakfast place 60 yards down the street. DREW's place. Try it!

Clean and tidy, no frills. Easy to Chinatown. For the traveller on a budget, I don't think you can go far wrong with the Windsor Hotel.
