the daystaff failed to pass information on our late arrival to the nightstaff. This could have resulted in no available rooms on arrival.

Be careful the view of the hotel that you can see on the web site is absolutely not the true view. The hotel entrance is very small and there is no restaurant and no bar. The rooms are very very small. The people at the front desk are not kind and nearly rude. But the rooms and bathroom are clean and it is well located in Manhattan.

It is a lovely modern hotel, located v. close to the Empire State building, Macys, and a few nice restaurants and bars. The restaurant attached to the hotel was v. nice. We were v. impressed. The teddy and little note in the room was a cute touch. We were very impressed with our room, messaging service, and bathroom was nice and spacious. Overall, excellent value in a very good location.

We found the hotel a simple but comfortable hotel. The only thing we maybe missed was a refrigerator. Its location is perfect for exploring the city. We surely will recommend the hotel to our friends.

Hotel was okay, but the reception staff are the most unfriendly, unhelpful and rudest hotel staff I think I've ever met. If there is a problem with your room etc, then you can forget about them fixing it or apologising for it.
