hotel has no smoking policy. june 4,5,6 room next to us were smoking what smelt like cigars. every time they opened their door to greet guests (nearly all night) smoke came in under our door. in the end we had to put a towel next to our door. at the time i had asthma and spent all night coughing. the room service man also verified that the smoke was 'bad'. surely the housemaids should report any signs of smoking (butts, odour etc) you were very lucky i had my medication with me or the situation could have been worse. you have a duty of care to ALL guests and should enforce your no smoking policy. unfortunately when we reported the situation the guests had checked out. the receptionist promised to report this to the manager. whether she did or not we dont know.

The Warwick has a great location and the facitilities and staff were very nice. Our room, a king, was huge! All in all I would recommend it highly!
