Great spot. Nice hotel. Room was fine on the corner. Small, but roomy enough. Good cleaning staff, helpful concierge. Only complaint - tea & coffee making facilities in the rooms would make all the difference. Recommend it overall. Not the cheapest - but worth the extra for a/c.

Very good location. Clean but quite small rooms. Limited facilities, even no lobby area when parties held. Above all, a good value according to NY hotel prices.

The idea of the hotel is great and it's in a fantastic location and the manager there is gorgeous and very helpful. The only downside is that the hotel needs a lick of paint here and there and it's these little details that bring it down in my opinion.
