The ad for the hotel indicated it had been newly renovated which we didn't find to be the case at all! It was quite run down. The continental breakfast consisted only of baked goods (donuts, bagels and often dried out mini danish) and vending machine coffee - No fruit or cheese. The service was quite good and the location was fantastic (Macy's and Penn station a stone's throw away and 8 blocks from Times Square and Broadway) so that helped make up for it.
