Location is the only thing you are paying for here. Good for lone travellers and for those who enjoy sleeping in a box of a room with an air conditioner that is so loud it's like sleeping next to a running truck engine. Definitely not good for families. If it hadn't been for the convenience of the location I would have questioned what it was we were actually paying for!

the hotel is in a great location, it is undergoing some renovation work at the moment which wasn't mentioned when i booked also in the single ocupancy rooms they don't have any closset space in them

unfortunately there was alot of reconstruction going on while we were there. the restaurant was closed and the bar is being built at this time too. however the location is excellent so once the reconstruction is finished i'll definately be staying again.

The hotel was undergoing extensive work and the lifts were affected and not very efficient. The overall appearance of the hotel was also not so good and the rooms were extremely small - with a very large plasma TV on the wall but no cupboard or closet for clothes! The location was superb but I would try and find a hotel with slightly more to offer in the room than this one.

The hotel is about 20 paces from the lights of Times Square, excellently positioned. They are currently renovating the hotel, but this wasn't obtrusive. Our room, although small with no storage space, was spotless, with adequate walk-in shower and toilet facilities. The bed was the comfiest I think I've ever slept in and sheets changed EVERY day. We will certainly stay there again when we go back.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! It was extremely small. The staff was rude. I was awoken by the elevator bell at 4:30am - 5:30 am. I called downstairs to ask what was happening and someone was stuck in the elevator. It also occurred at 8:00am as well.

We enjoyed our stay. Small, but it's New York and close to Broadway and the theater district. Price was reasonable. Loved the bathroom!!!

Rooms were very nice but very small. The lifts were awfull only four people in at a time and even then it would not always go, however the hotel was having work done to it, so hopefully the lifts are to be included in the renovations. Location was GREAT.

Having read the reviews prior to booking,we had a good idea of what to expect. The room was very small and average but the proximity to Times Square and many attractions was perfect for us. And despite the hustle and bustle of the city the room was exceptionally quiet. We would definitely stay there again.
