Photo's very deceptive, tiny lobby freezing cold even with a double door that was broken on the hinge, The room needed to have the carpet replaced, the TINY bathroom needed an overhaul. bed and linens were top-shelf.Doors slamming all night no stays on them to lessen the noise.The restaurant for b'fast had dirty drapes, the club downstairs had a very unpleasant odour, new room swipe system,not working properly. The staff were very polite and cordial, pleased to leave, very, disappointed.

a very friendly and well positioned hotel. The Beds are the highlight - extremely comfortable, beautiful linen etc. The food is also excellent. My only criticism is the low level lighting throughout which makes the hotel dingy and a bit depressing.
