Ideally located for all the touristy things to do, see and shop for including a main underground station. Hotel staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Ihome and business suite was particulaly welcome, but the well equiped gym was made redundant by the amount of walking we did! The Art Deco was really lovely and the restaurant is particulaly good. Although the site said there was building work going on, they did not specify that drilling started at 6.am. This was next door and across the road, not to mention the roof garden (which was closed in April) Of course being NY there is no such thing as a quiet room. Continental breakfast -which was included was delicious although it would have been much better without the plastic plates and polystyrene cups! Great hotel overall

Very good hotel with excellent service and free breakfast, located in the center of Manhattan. The only drawback was a relatively high price (over $230 per night), but it seems to be a standard for downtown Manhattan. Very clean room with sheets and towels changed every day.

Good hotel for the money, in a great location. Staff were friendly and helpfull. The food in the restaurant and bar downstairs was excellent. I would stay there again.

I felt like the only business traveler at this hotel which probably means my $325/night rate was one of the highest. The accommodations are fine but definitely felt moderate. The location is one of those streets with grimy little storefronts. . .you want to turn the corner as soon as possible.

Location was great. Free internet and free breakfast were great to have on the premises. Breakfast was not exciting but was perfectly adequate. Free 24hr tea and coffee was very useful too. Staff were helpful. View from rooftop wasn't as spectacular as I expected but we didn't have much time to spend there anyway. Main downside was the cost, €310 per night for two people was expensive to pay out over 4 nights, although I realise it's competitive by Manhattan standards. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

This hotel was considerably less expensive than Times Square hotels and you could walk there in 10-15 minutes. The room was very modern and a decent size by New York standards. The hotel roof was closed for renovations and the breakfast was very basic but I would stay again based on location and quality.

Hotel was in a good location, room was clean and my request for twin beds was met with no fuss, staff were friendly and helpful, price was comparable with similar hotels in the area,but complimentary buffet breakfasts were provided with plenty of choice and complimentary tea or coffee was available at any time day or night, which made this hotel good value for money. Staff are happy to look after your luggage if you have a later flight than checkout time. Would recommend this hotel and would definately go back there again.

The service at the desk was lousy. They don't call taxi's only limo's. For a converter they send you to the next electricity shop etc.
