+ The hotel was warm, inviting, charming and had excellent small touches. I loved the breakfast, the room set up, proximity to the subway, the decorations, umbrella, and everyone was friendly. I would totally stay again and again. I love it besides...
- I asked if I could get the phone number or web site to the local movie theater, not only did she seem confused she told me just to go to the theater and look at the signs. So I showed up an hour early to my movie. Not good. And I also asked if they could get a taxi for me in the morning and her response was "Oh, not sure I mean they may not have any on Christmas day", and she seemed unsure what to say and then she told me they have a driving service. Then in the morning I asked the guy if I could get a credit card taxi and he said the taxi driver don't like credit cards and he wasn't sure I could get one in the morning. Needless to say I went and got cash at 5:30 am in a empty Times Square (little scary) and when I got back he called a taxi in about 2 minutes and as I drove to JFK I notice the cab allowed credit cards. A lot of grief for nothing.
