Hot water system erratic: taps had to be run for up to 5 mins to get hot water, which then cut out as soon as cold water added. Breakfast facilities very pleasant, but too small to cope with influx of guests at peak times. Otherwise very pleasant and comfortable with brilliantly helpful concierge.
