The hot water stop working. The TV stop working The heat stop working. this was a business trip for me. I was sold on your ad stating there would be high speed internet access ing the room. it wasn't! that was the biggest disappointment of all.

we had a great time in Naples, with the help of Siri staff and Siri owner, Massimo, a great italian that helped us feel so comfortable that we wouldn't have left the hotel anymore. Hotel is very good for the money and perfectly situated, in the heart of Naples. Go there on your own or with children, no problem. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Big lobby, bar, everything. Will certainly return.

Difficult to find in the beginning, but just take Umberto via, from Garibaldi Place, and it's second street on the left. Strategically ubicated, near buses, trains and trams. Good coffee and "sweet" breakfast.

Too much noise on the corridors starting from 6.30am!!! Breakfast not well organized and not much food. Room comfortable enought but dirty bathroom.

Siri was a fairly nice experience for us. The room was very large, clean, and quiet. The staff was fine, though no one spoke English. The hotel is very close to the train station, restaurants, and shopping which was good. Our only complaint was the breakfast. Pretty poor quality and the breakfast room itself was depressing. However there was a very nice cafe around the corner on Corso Umberto with excellent pastries and coffee.

The hotel is exactly what you would expect for the money and was clean. The staff were rather rude an unhelpful. But the major negative point was the location. It is surrounded by dirty markets, sex shops and the area at night is very bad with good chance of crime.

The hotel is in a bad part of town which is anywhere near the train station. The breakfast was horrible & consisted of packaged toast & a packaged croissant. Only good part is the cappuccino. No one speaks English! If you have a problem, they have to call someone to translate. The rooms DON’T contain a minibar. We had to put our stuff in a shared refrigerator (75% of the goods where gone when we came back). Our room had a view of the hotel’s storage area. The lift starts at the 2nd floor. This hotel should be listed as barely a 2 star.

The surroundings seem to be a little deserted, so bewar if you arrive at night. Directions from the train station where not clear enough from the Venere web page, although it is close to it. Look in a map before going

We enjoyed staying at Hotel Siri. The management/employees were very nice and helpful. Our room was clean the the view from our balcony was absolutely beautiful. The price vs. quality was definitely worth it. We would stay at Hotel Siri again if we were to visit Perugia.
