This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. There were bugs on the bathroom floor, and the room smelled bad. For breakfast, they only had bread, butter and jam. Finally, I moved to another (excellent) hotel at an additional cost of only 10 euros.

Hotel Prati was excellent for the price. The area surrounding the railway station is not particularly pleasant, but the hotel was very good and very convenient for everything Naples has to offer. Very good for both singles and couples. Would not stay in that area with small children.

we did´t stay at Prati hotel because they did´t have rooms available. They send us to another hotel just infront of them. The rating indicated is for this second hotel we stay, I dont remeber the name, I think it is Hotel Plaza. The breakfast at this hotel was very bad.

We are a young couple and we were given a very big room with two single beds and one couple bed. It was very spacious but it a very old hotel. There wasn't aire conditioning, we had only a very noisy fan. Hotel surroundings are very frightening, we didn't go out at night. As the hotel is so close to Garibaldi Station there were a lot of immigrants around the hotel and also a lot of people drinking too much. It is also the dirtiest place in Naples. However, relationship between price/quality is good, breakfast was good and staff very nice.

THE LOCATION IS IN A VERY BUSY STREET,IT MAKE IT VERY HARD TO GET A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP,THE HOTEL IS OUT DATED,VERY VERY POOR FACILITIES,NO BLIEND ,NO A/C,NO PHONES IN THE ROOM,BREAKFAST IS ONLY PACKET OF CROISSANT AND COFFEE,SHOWER IS LEAKING , IN OTHER WORD DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This hotel is pitched as a three star hotel in price. It is at best a one star hotel and very overpriced. The only positive thing to be said is that it is near the train station (although this is a very unsavoury area) if one needs to leave early.

Very friendly and efficient reception with helpful suggestions about where to eat etc... Rooms on the street are a bit noisy. Restaurant sunny and pleasant- I'd recommend this one and stay there again if I go back to Naples.
