Air conditioning didn't work, we told them this after our first nights sleep. Nothing was done. After a second sleepless night, we were moved to another room, where the air conditioning only worked for a couple of minutes at a time, & was operated by a pen as the buttons were broken. Loo rolls not replaced. Lack of light in room, both natural & otherwise. One of the lamps was selotaped together. Breakfast poor & not replenished. Area surroundin hotel a little scary. Recommnend you do not stay here, & its worth spending a bit more in Naples to ensure a good nights sleep

For the price, the hotel was excellent. Staff were very friendly, especially the breakfast staff. Room was clean, although not particularly spacious, but for the price was fine. I would recommend the hotel. Also do not pay to much attention to the reports regarding Naples generally. Whilst care needs to be taken when wondering the streets, I did not find the place threatening or unsafe. Naples is worth a visit.
