Naples really surprises a lot :-)... Well, Hotel looks better on pics but it i sreally NICE for Naples and staff is really friendly. Great coffee by the way in the Lobby...

The hotel is in a relatively shady area of Naples, but then again all of Naples is kind of bad and not the place to be. The hotel was very nice and there is a great little restaurant directly across from it. Overall I would recommend but be careful of the area.

I had many problems with my stay... one is it took 3 phone calls, two trips down to the front desk, and 7 hours for me to finally get a coffee. Also only one staff member spoke english (and not very well). The location is great because it is only ten minute walk from the train station, but it is not a very "safe" walk. The location would be ok if you are male... but it was not very safe for females, and it was very difficult to find. The front desk kept telling us that dinner was up stairs, but when we went up there the doors were locked and the lights were off. Overall this was a horrible hotel, and I would not recommend it.

stayed in naples for 3 days and 2 nights in January. the room was very clean and quiet. the location was very convenient as close to the train station. The breakfast was very good and the staff nice and helpful. I would definitely go back there and recommend it!!
